Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of high-end interior fit-out projects from site mobilisation through final handover.
- Independently manage clients, architects, consultants, vendors and subcontractors
- Coordinate execution of civil, flooring, ceiling, partitions, joinery, painting, MEP and other interior finishing works.
- Review architectural, interior and services drawings.
- Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and ensure adequate manpower, productivity and quality at site.
- Take and verify site measurements, quantities and executed work for subcontractor billing and client billing.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure workmanship meets the standards expected for premium/high-end interiors.
- Attend client/site meetings, provide progress updates and professionally resolve site-related concerns and execution challenges.





Preferred candidate profile

- Strong preference for candidates with experience in high-end commercial, hospitality, retail or luxury residential interiors.
- Must have independently handled interior fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover.
- Strong technical understanding of interior finishes, civil works, flooring, ceilings, partitions, joinery, painting and MEP coordination.
- Strong knowledge of site measurements, quantity calculations, BOQs, billing and variation works.
- Valuable planning, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be hands-on, accountable and willing to take complete ownership of project delivery.
