We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing AR activities, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding claims, and supporting the overall revenue cycle process while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), specifically in Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and follow up on outstanding insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Analyze claim denials and identify appropriate resolutions.
- Work with payers to resolve claim-related issues and payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of account activities and follow-up actions.




- Prioritize workload to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and organizational processes.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
- Basic understanding of practice management software and clearinghouse software.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team workplace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, comprehension, and analytical skills.
