Manage and grow key motor/pump/industrial product accounts, understand technical needs, offer LT/HT solutions, coordinate internally, drive sales targets, build relationships, give demos, track market trends, and report performance.
Required Candidate profile
Engineering degree (MBA preferred) with 5–10 yrs in motors/drives sales. Experience with LT/HT motors, OEMs, and channels. Solid technical, negotiation, and communication skills; willing to travel.
