AI Researcher

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Researcher who is passionate about Generative AI, AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging AI technologies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring new ideas, experimenting with cutting-edge tools, and transforming research insights into practical products and business solutions.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, evaluate new technologies, and help shape the future direction of AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

- Research the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and related technologies.
- Identify new opportunities where AI can solve business problems or create new products.
- Conduct experiments, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical evaluations of emerging AI technologies.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Translate research findings into actionable product recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to validate and productize promising ideas.
- Evaluate new AI models, frameworks, tools, and platforms.
- Create research reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Support the design and improvement of AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation systems.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agent concepts.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, orchestration tools, and agent architectures.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG systems, vector databases, and AI workflows.
- Ability to conduct structured research and evaluate technical trade-offs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Research & AI Expertise

- Experience researching and experimenting with AI technologies and tools.
- Knowledge of major AI providers and ecosystems such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and open-source AI models.
- Understanding of AI Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with model evaluation, benchmarking, and experimentation methodologies.
- Experience with AI-powered automation and workflow design is a plus.

Product & Innovation Focus

- Ability to connect research findings with real business and product opportunities.
- Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to identify high-impact use cases and recommend practical implementations.
- Experience contributing to product strategy, feature ideation, or innovation initiatives is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience building prototypes, proof-of-concepts, or AI-driven applications.
- Familiarity with Python and AI development tools.
- Experience using AI-powered research and development tools.
