Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, client guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude throughout interactions.
- Work effectively in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, including weekends if required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on process requirements).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in an International BPO/Voice Process is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.




- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

- Robust listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good typing speed and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability to changing business requirements and processes.
