Job Overview:

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator/Account Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, cold calling, screening, and coordinating interviews with clients. The ideal candidate must be highly target-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple clients while meeting monthly individual and client joining targets. This role requires strong reporting and data presentation skills to track and analyze recruitment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to identify active & passive candidates.

Cold Calling: Engage with potential candidates to pitch job opportunities and assess their suitability.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients.

Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring smooth hiring processes.

Target Achievement:



Meet monthly individual and client joining targets while ensuring high-quality hiring.

Data Reporting: Maintain and present reports on recruitment performance and key hiring metrics.

Flexibility: Comfortable working 6 days a week in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate/PG in any stream.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring or BPO recruitment.

Skills:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools

Strong client handling and negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis & reporting

Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently
