Vice President Transitions (Insurance Domain) – 20+ Years – Delhi NCR

Responsibilities –

- Lead multiple end-to-end transition and migration programs across insurance operations and shared services.
- Drive project planning, governance, execution, and successful delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and business leaders to execute complex transition initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks, monitor project milestones, and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage project dependencies.
- Drive knowledge transfer, process migration, and operational readiness across multiple delivery locations.
- Standardize transition methodologies and implement best practices across projects.
- Conduct transition reviews, capture lessons learned,



and continuously enhance transition frameworks.
- Deliver training and mentoring to internal managers on transition methodologies and project governance.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.
- Requirements –

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 20+ years of experience in Insurance Operations, Transition Management, Program Management, Business Transformation, or Migration Programs.
- Proven experience leading large-scale global transition and migration engagements within the Insurance industry.
- Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Hands-on experience in project governance, transition planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and change management.
- Experience working with global delivery teams and managing senior client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and other project management tools. Experience with JIRA or similar project management platforms will be an added advantage.
