Job Description: Wedding Sales Manager

Location: Kalkaji, Delhi
Work Location: Kalkaji, Delhi (with regular coordination and travel to the luxury resort at Jim Corbett, as required)
Salary: 1520% hike on present salary (Based on experience, current CTC, and overall suitability)

Role Summary

A prestigious luxury resort at Jim Corbett is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Wedding Sales Manager to drive destination wedding business and strengthen the resort's presence in the luxury hospitality market.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in wedding sales within luxury hotels or resorts, with excellent knowledge of the Delhi/NCR and North Indian markets. Candidates with a strong network among wedding planners, event agencies, corporate clients, and high-end clientele will be preferred. Women candidates with strong experience in Wedding Sales and MICE will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales for destination weddings, social events, and MICE business.
- Generate new business through wedding planners, event management companies, corporate houses, and luxury clientele.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in the Delhi/NCR and North Indian markets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and property show rounds.
- Understand client requirements and develop customized proposals and packages.
- Negotiate and close high-value wedding and event contracts.
- Coordinate with the resort's operations and events teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure business conversion.
- Participate in wedding exhibitions, networking events,



roadshows, and industry events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury wedding segment.
- Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Wedding Sales in a luxury hotel or resort is mandatory.
- Strong experience in destination wedding sales and MICE business will be preferred.
- Excellent understanding of the Delhi/NCR and North Indian markets.
- Experience working with luxury hospitality brands will be an added advantage.
