Admission & Visa Counselor International Education

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week | 8.5 Hours Shift

About the Role

Career Launcher is looking for a highly motivated Admission & Visa Counselor to support students

throughout their international education journey, from university applications to successful visa approval and

departure. The role requires a candidate with robust expertise in overseas admissions, student visa processes,

and pre- and post-admission services, while also contributing to application growth and revenue generation

through consultative counseling.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide students and parents through the complete admission journey, providing accurate counseling on

university applications, admissions, visa processes, and pre-departure requirements.

- Manage end-to-end admission operations, including application submissions, offer tracking, document

verification, university correspondence, and timely follow-ups to ensure successful enrolments.

- Handle student visa applications across USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Canada, Singapore,

Dubai (UAE), Italy, Ireland, and Japan, ensuring complete and accurate documentation in line with

the latest embassy and immigration requirements.

- Review and verify visa documentation, prepare students for visa interviews where applicable, and

ensure high visa success rates through thorough application management.

- Coordinate with partner universities, embassies, internal teams, and service providers to ensure a

seamless student experience from admission through departure.

- Assist students with post-admission services, including education loans, accommodation, forex,

insurance, travel guidance,



and other value-added services.

- Drive higher application volumes by counseling students on suitable university options and

encouraging multiple strategic applications where appropriate.

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Career Launcher's offerings, including Test Preparation

(IELTS, GRE, GMAT, SAT), Premium Admission Consulting, and other value-added services based

on student requirements.

- Maintain accurate student records, application pipelines, and CRM updates while ensuring timely

communication and excellent service standards.

- Stay updated on changing university admission policies, visa regulations, immigration guidelines, and

international education trends across all destination countries.

Desired Candidate

- Bachelor& degree; Master& degree is an added advantage.
- 2-4 years of experience in Study Abroad, Admission Consulting, or Student Visa Counseling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of student visa documentation, application procedures, financial

documentation, and embassy requirements for the USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia,

Canada, Singapore, Dubai (UAE), Italy, Ireland, and Japan.

- Strong understanding of university admission processes, application portals, offer management, and

enrolment procedures.

- Excellent counseling, communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple student applications

simultaneously.

- Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach and the ability to achieve application and

revenue targets.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
