Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Advocacy & Outreach: Act as a proud ambassador for WWF-India, engaging with potential donors over the phone to spread awareness about India's biodiversity and conservation mission.
2. Donor Lifecycle Management: Guide supporters through the donor engagement pyramid, working to upgrade one-time donors into long-term monthly contributors.
3. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with existing donors and volunteers to ensure high retention and long-term loyalty.
4. Query Resolution: Handle incoming donor communications via phone, email, and mail, resolving queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date,



and strictly confidential records of donor interactions and contributions in our internal database.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Education: Graduate / Final Year Student in any discipline (Freshers/Trainees are highly encouraged to apply!).
Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
Mindset: A resilient, target-driven individual who thrives in a rapid-paced calling environment and is comfortable handling rejections.
