Key Responsibilities

Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Support onboarding and documentation activities.

Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

Conduct reference checks and follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

Assist in preparing recruitment reports and MIS.

Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives as required.

Eligibility Criteria





Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
