Drive your own field sales targets through consultative selling, product demos, and relationship building. In

Go on joint calls with mentees to provide live feedback and real-world guidance.
Track performance, share strategies, and help reps sharpen their sales funnel management.

Be the go-topers on for motivation, problem-solving, and growth.
Requirements

Graduate or Post-graduate in any stream.
0 - 1 year of experience.
Build rapport with the team via a consultative sales approach.
Passion for coaching, guiding, and uplifting others.
Report management/analysis/alignment skills.
