Job Scope:

Cloud Admin L3- Common is responsible for collaborating with the IT division to create and support Windows, Linux, or cloud infrastructure, handle operational issues and offer technical support for Windows, Linux and cloud-based platforms, will also help with the management of a Windows server environment and a cloud service.

Job Responsibilities

- SME for Cloud/Virtualization
- Supervising L2 team members

Must Have Skill:

- Experience of implementing, managing, and optimizing KVM, Proxmox, VMware and Hyper V.
- Good knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure
- Positive knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure
- Migrating VMs between different hypervisors.
- Experience in Hypervisor/VM backup and recovery.
- Handle L3/L4 escalations related to virtualization issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Awareness on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity and other management systems of the organization
