I'm hiring for a Meta Ads & Google Ads Manager position at ABC Global (Remote, US-based company). We're looking for someone to help plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google to promote our job openings and attract qualified candidates.

What I need:

- Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns specifically for recruitment (lead generation and traffic to our Page or application form)
- Optimize audience targeting to reach qualified candidates with digital marketing / paid advertising experience
- Create and optimize ad campaigns to maximize qualified applications while maintaining cost efficiency
- Provide recommendations for ad creatives (copy, images, and videos)

- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports (CPL / CPA / ROAS where applicable)
- Continuously test and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives
- Estimated advertising budget: USD 50,000/month
