Responsibilities

We are seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and service-oriented Supervisor Security Services to oversee the day-to-day security operations of our hospital. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, employees, hospital assets, and premises while maintaining a welcoming and professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel deployed across the hospital.

- Ensure effective control at all entry and exit points.

- Monitor hospital premises through regular patrols and CCTV surveillance.

- Handle security incidents, emergencies, and conflict situations promptly and professionally.

- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments during emergencies, VIP visits, and special events.

- Investigate security breaches, thefts, accidents, and other incidents, and prepare detailed reports.

- Ensure compliance with hospital security policies, safety regulations,



and statutory requirements.

- Maintain security logs, shift rosters, attendance records, and incident reports.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff on hospital protocols, customer service, and emergency response procedures.

- Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire services, and external security agencies as required.

- Conduct periodic security audits and recommend improvements to enhance safety and security measures.

- Ensure proper functioning of security equipment, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and communication devices.
