POSITION: Senior Travel Consultant Corporate Air Ticketing & Travel Operations

Only candidates currently working or having worked in an IATA-approved Travel Agency handling Corporate Travel Accounts should apply.

Candidates from BPOs, OTAs, Call Centres, Airlines, Fareportal, IGT, Teleperformance, Concentrix, WNS, or pure backend ticketing processes will not be considered.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 5-10 years in airline ticketing for Corporates (MANDATORY)

LOCATION: Lajpat Nagar-1, Recent Delhi

SALARY: 4 - 7 LPA (Based on experience and skills)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AIRLINE TICKETING & RESERVATIONS:

- Issue international and domestic airline tickets using GDS systems.

- Handle complex itineraries, multi-city bookings, group bookings, and corporate travel

- Manage ticket modifications, cancellations, refunds, reissues, and fare rules

- Provide accurate fare quotes, routing options, and cost-effective

solutions

- Experience in handling hotel bookings and other services

CORPORATE TRAVEL MANAGEMENT:

- Handle ticketing for corporate clients and company accounts

- Maintain strong relationships with corporate travel managers

- Process urgent/last-minute bookings efficiently

- Ensure timely delivery of tickets and travel documents

HOTELS & TRAVEL SERVICES:

- Book hotels worldwide for corporate and leisure travellers

- Assist with visa documentation, travel insurance, and foreign exchange

- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including transfers

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in airline ticketing (International + Domestic)

Expert knowledge of GDS systems:



Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre (MUST HAVE)

Strong understanding of airline fare rules, routings, and ticketing procedures

Experience with BSP filing and airline reconciliation

Proven track record working with IATA-certified travel agencies

Experience handling corporate travel accounts (Preferred)

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism

You should have hands-on experience in:

International fare construction
Multi-city routings
Reissues and refunds
Corporate travel account handling
Visa and hotel coordination
Last-minute travel management for corporate clients

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:

Freshers without airline ticketing experience

Candidates with only a call centre/customer service background

Candidates without GDS system knowledge

Candidates with less than 4 years of ticketing experience
