Skills requirements

- Solid understanding of Laser Therapy (LLLT) / Photobiomodulation (PBM) technology.
- Hands-on experience in operating therapeutic laser devices.
- Excellent clinical communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with clinicians/oncologists, radiation oncologists, physiotherapists.
- Strong scientific aptitude with the ability to explain evidence-based clinical applications.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations, clinical training sessions, and workshops.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer support and field activities.

Qualification Essential

- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)(preferred)/BDS/Bachelors of Sciences/B.tech

Preferred

- Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) /MSc or relevant
- Certification or specialized training in Laser Therapy / Photo-biomodulation (PBM)

(Additional exposure to Oncology Rehabilitation, Pain Management)

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in therapeutic laser technology.
- Prior experience in handling laser devices used in:
- Pain Management
- Physiotherapy
- Dermatology
- Dentistry





Clinical & Technical Responsibilities

- Operate and demonstrate the company's therapeutic laser systems at hospitals, cancer centers, and medical institutions.
- Provide comprehensive clinical application training/Demo to healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of the laser system.
- Explain treatment protocols, indications, contraindications, and safety guidelines based on scientific evidence.
- Assist clinicians or end users during initial patient treatments and support successful clinical adoption.
- Deliver scientific presentations to oncologists, radiation oncologists, physiotherapists, about the company's laser devise.
- Conducting training for the internal sales Team members.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Service teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- Participate in CMEs, workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and product launch events.
- Assist in developing clinical training materials, user manuals, presentations, and scientific content.
