Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate interior projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.
- Develop and implement project strategies, risk mitigation plans, and execution frameworks.
- Serve as the senior liaison for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Guide material selection and space planning in collaboration with architects and designers.
- Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and mock-ups.
- Manage project budgets exceeding, ensuring cost efficiency and value engineering.
- Take care of vendor contracts, track expenditures, and handle change orders.
- Mentor and manage junior project managers, site engineers, and coordinators.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in architecture, Interior Design,



Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate interior project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial interior projects on time and within budget.
- Solid knowledge of design principles, construction methodologies, and workplace strategy.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
