Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect to design, implement, and lead ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions. The candidate will be responsible for architecture design, technical leadership, and end-to-end delivery of ITOM implementations including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

Required Skills

- Robust experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Orchestration / Flow Designer
- CMDB
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience in integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) integration with ServiceNow.
- should have experience with Agentic, Nowassist, Integration or AI , now assist.




- Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes.
- Experience with ITIL processes and IT operations management practices.
- Ability to design enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications such as:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum environments.
