To strengthen our After Sales Department, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer/Customer Support Engineer-Industrial Machinery to join our team in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, commissioning, and start-up of WAB equipment at customer sites.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of grinding and mixing equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and provide timely corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, motors, pumps, bearings, seals, and associated systems.
- Perform machine inspections and recommend preventive maintenance activities.
- Conduct equipment performance testing and ensure machine reliability.
- Provide technical support to customers during machine operation.
- Train customer operators and maintenance teams on machine operation and maintenance.
- Prepare detailed service reports after every site visit.
- Coordinate with the Head-Customer Support/ Area Sales Manager for spare parts requirements and service planning.
- Support installation upgrades, retrofits, and machine modifications.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved within committed timelines.
- Follow company safety procedures and customer EHS guidelines during site work.




- Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service agreements.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and identify opportunities for spare parts and service business.
- Provide emergency breakdown support whenever required.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Electrical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering

Work Experience

- 3 to 7 years of field service experience.
- Experience in industrial machinery such as:
- Grinding mills
- Mixers
- Pumps
- Process equipment
- Packaging machinery
- Chemical process equipment
- Agitators, Reactors

- Experience in installation and commissioning will be preferred.

Technical Skills

- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of:
- PLC systems
- VFD drives
- Motors
- Pneumatics
- Hydraulics

- Reading mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Preventive maintenance planning.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices.
- MS Office and service report documentation.

Travel Requirement

- Extensive travel mainly across North India (approximately 70 to 80%).
- Short notice travel for emergency service calls.
- Occasional travel to the Head Office (Navi Mumbai) for technical training.
