We are seeking a highly experienced Project Architect (Industrial Projects) to lead the planning, design, coordination and execution of industrial building projects including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, logistics parks, production plants and ancillary infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for managing project design, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, interacting with clients, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality, budget and statutory compliance.

Candidate Profile

Project Architect (Industrial Projects) Should possess a B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed institute with 5-10 years of relevant experience with reputed Architectural Consultancy firms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and designing industrial facilities, factory buildings, warehouses and large-scale industrial campuses. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, with sound knowledge of Industrial Building Standards, National Building Code (NBC), Factory Act requirements, Fire & Life Safety norms and construction documentation.

Key Responsibility

- Lead architectural planning, concept design, schematic design and detailed design for industrial and manufacturing facilities.
- Prepare factory layouts, warehouse planning, utility buildings, administrative buildings and support infrastructure designs.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC,



Fire Fighting, Process, Utility and Landscape consultants.
- Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, project management teams and statutory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review consultant drawings and ensure interdisciplinary coordination and clash-free documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building byelaws, Factory Act provisions, fire safety regulations and industrial design standards.
- Conduct site visits, monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews and project presentations.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Preferred Skills

- Strong experience in industrial architecture, factory planning and warehouse design.
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceutical or process industry projects will be preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and BIM workflows.
- Excellent project coordination and multidisciplinary design management skills.
- Robust communication, presentation and client-handling capabilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously.
