About the Role

IPE Global is looking for a motivated urban
planning professional to support project implementation and business
development across urban development, infrastructure, tourism, housing,
regional planning, and externally aided projects.

The position offers an opportunity to work
closely with senior leadership on prestigious assignments funded by Government
of India, State Governments, Multilateral Development Banks, and Development
Partners.

The selected candidate will play a key role in
project delivery, proposal development, client coordination, and technical
support across multiple assignments.

Qualification: Master's Degree in Urban Planning / Town Planning / Regional Planning
/ Infrastructure Planning or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Minimum Experience: 3?5 years of relevant skilled experience in urban planning, urban
development, infrastructure planning, or related sectors.

Desired Experience:

Experience in one or more of the following:

- Preparation, review and implementation support of Master Plans,
Development Plans, Regional Plans and Local Area Plans.

- Program Management Unit (PMU), Project Management Consultancy
(PMC), or Project Development Management Consultancy (PDMC)
assignments.

- Smart Cities Mission, Housing, Tourism, Regional Planning,
Industrial Townships, Infrastructure, or Development Authority projects.

- Working with Government departments, Urban Local Bodies,
Development Authorities, Multilateral Agencies (ADB, World Bank, etc.), or
consulting organizations.

- Preparation of DPRs, Concept Plans, Vision Documents, Technical
Reports and Feasibility Studies.

- Procurement support, preparation of Terms of Reference (ToR),
RFPs, RFQs and bid process management will be an added advantage.

- Experience in business development and proposal preparation will
be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation

- Support end-to-end implementation of urban development and
infrastructure projects.

- Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables and contractual
milestones.

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams comprising sector
specialists.

- Prepare and review technical reports, presentations and project
deliverables before submission.

- Support quality assurance and timely delivery of project outputs.

- Assist in project budgeting, resource planning and financial
monitoring.

- Support stakeholder consultations and client presentations.

- Assist in preparation and review of ToRs, RFPs, RFQs and
procurement documents.

Business Development

- Support identification of upcoming opportunities from Government
agencies, Multilateral Funding Agencies and Development Partners.

- Track EOIs, RFPs and tenders in the urban development sector.

- Coordinate proposal preparation including technical write-ups,
CVs, project sheets and compliance documentation.

- Assist in preparing Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and Technical
Proposals.

- Coordinate with consortium partners and domain experts during
proposal preparation.

Knowledge Management

- Develop project presentations, case studies, project profiles and
knowledge products.

- Maintain project databases, references and proposal repositories.

- Support preparation of articles, publications and conference
papers wherever required.
