Hiring: Operations Manager Sukudo Studios

Location: New Delhi (In office)

Sukudo Studios is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day studio operations and ensure seamless project execution across localization, dubbing, and content production.

Experience

- 4-5 years of experience in operations or project management.
- Prior experience in media, localization, content production, creative agencies, or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and streamline day-to-day operational activities.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track project progress, monitor timelines, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, documentation, and reports.
- Allocate resources efficiently and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to internal processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and operational efficiency.




- Drive accountability while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
