Role & responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in full stack development, specializing in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, etc.) as the primary skill.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and up-to-date SDLC practices.
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-level applications.
- Proficiency in additional languages and frameworks (Python, SQL, databases, etc.) and ability to quickly learn new tech stacks as needed.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging GenAI, Copilot, or AI-based tools for software development, automation, or reporting, including automated testing and code review.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with automated testing and testing frameworks.
- Experience with Angular or React as secondary front-end frameworks added advantage.
