Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets for CASA growth, liability product penetration, and customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generation through cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in retail branch banking or related field.
- Robust understanding of BM (Branch Manager) responsibilities including team management, sales strategy development, and customer relationship building.
