We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive Accounts Payable to manage end-to-end accounts payable operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of invoice processing, vendor management, payment processing, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards. The candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.
- Manage vendor onboarding and maintain vendor master data.
- Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs (NEFT/RTGS/Bank Transfers/Cheques).
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
- Ensure timely payment of vendors while optimizing cash flow.
- Monitor AP ageing and follow up on pending invoices and approvals.
- Handle employee reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare month-end closing entries related to Accounts Payable.
- Assist in statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance,



and business teams for invoice approvals.
- Prepare AP reports, MIS, and payment status reports for management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance AP efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Experience in handling high-volume invoice processing is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or shared services environments is an advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or similar.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, basic formulas).
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
