- Shift timing Rotational shifts
- Employment type- full time with cognizant
- Rounds of interview: HR Screening/AMCAT Mod-2/Versant(Cut-off 55 and above)/Ops

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Proficient in reading & speaking Hindi and English

Should be proficient with computers and MS office

Should be able to type 30 words per minute with preferred language

Should be able to identify the area of Prospect and bring it to the notice of supervisor

Should be able to work in different shifts and locals depending on the business

requirement

Should be able to apply the theoretical knowledge into practice

Educational Requirement:



Bachelor's degree

Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure > 98% accuracy is maintained

Making sure the listing are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time

Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics

Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated

Should be focused to achieve 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations
