Key Responsibilities:
Maintain customer accounts and update outstanding receivables.
Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and meetings for timely payment collection.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare ageing reports and monitor overdue invoices.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams regarding invoices, service confirmations, and customer queries.
Record customer receipts and allocate payments correctly in the accounting system.
