Position : Tower Head / Director

Job Type: Full time

Location: Hyderabad (4-days from Office)

Work timings: 3pm to 12am IST(Due to US project, based on project need)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

About the Role

You will own the MuleSoft / Integration tower within GCC leading the team, API strategy, and integration delivery. Your mandate includes completing the legacy migration program, building a self-sustaining integration CoE, and progressively transitioning integration delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the MuleSoft tower P&L; staffing, budgeting, utilization, and delivery efficiency across 1525+ GCC associates
- Define the multi-year integration capability roadmap completing WebMethods migration, expanding API governance, and enabling event-driven architecture
- Serve as executive interface with Director of API Architecture and integration leadership for strategy alignment
- Establish an Integration CoE within the GCC API design standards, reusable connector library, and integration best practices
- Partner with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Data & AI tower heads for unified platform connectivity
- Manage MuleSoft vendor relationship — licensing optimization, Anypoint Platform roadmap alignment, and partnership programs




- Drive integration talent strategy — hiring MuleSoft-certified developers in a competitive market, building training programs, and creating career paths
- Oversee integration delivery quality — API uptime, error rates, mean-time-to-resolution, and throughput metrics

Required Qualifications

- 14+ years of integration/middleware experience with at least 5 years in leadership
- Experience building or scaling integration practices within GCCs, captives, or large IT services organizations
- Deep understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and enterprise integration architecture
- P&L; management experience for a technology delivery unit
- Experience managing SI-to-internal transitions for integration delivery
- Executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred / Good-to-Have

- MedTech or Life Sciences industry experience
- MuleSoft Certified Architect or equivalent expertise
- Experience with BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) models
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and connected device ecosystems
- MBA or equivalent management qualification
