We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Project Success Manager to drive the successful delivery of creative projects while ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Candidates with experience in Interiors, advertising, branding, digital marketing, design, other creative industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from kick off
- to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, content, design, production, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies,



taking proactive action to resolve issues.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team collaboration.
- Track and report key project metrics, including timelines, delivery, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, Project Management, or the interiors, construction, building materials, or fit-out industry.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Account Management, or Operations,
- Experience working in a creative agency or creative industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows and stakeholder management.
