Role: Accolade PPM Consultant / Developer
Required Technical Skill Set : Accolade PPM, Portfolio Management, Project Lifecycle Management, Business Process Mapping, Integration (SAP, PLM, ERP), Reporting & Analytics
Desired Experience Range - 5+ yrs
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
- Hands-on experience with Sopheon Accolade PPM platform
- Solid understanding of Portfolio and Project Management processes
- Experience in configuring Accolade modules (e.g., Roadmapping, Idea Management, Resource Planning) Ability to translate business requirements into Accolade configurations
- Experience in data migration and integration with enterprise systems (SAP, PLM, ERP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Good to have:
- Experience with Accolade APIs and scripting
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to innovation management and product lifecycle processes
