Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone calls, emails, or chats in a timely and qualified manner.
- Process international voice calls from clients across various time zones, ensuring accurate communication and resolution of queries.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and offering solutions to improve overall satisfaction.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software for tracking purposes.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling international voice processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different accents and dialects.
- Proficiency in processing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
