About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain professional to support procurement, vendor management, supplier coordination, and operational planning activities. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations teams in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material and service deliveries.
- Manage RFQs, vendor quotations, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
- Track order status, follow up on deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain supplier records, performance data, and procurement reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and support business operations.
- Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and relationship management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement processes and documentation standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
