Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of OSS and GIS solutions for telecom clients.
- Analyze business and network requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design integrations between Inventory, Provisioning, Service Assurance, and GIS systems.
- Drive solution development, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with architects, business teams, and stakeholders to define end-to-end workflows and solution roadmaps.
- Support OSS modernization, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
- Conduct technical reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development and integration teams.
- Participate in client discussions, solution estimations, project planning, and governance activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.




- Ensure adherence to architectural best practices, quality standards, and performance requirements.

Technical and Skilled Requirements:

- Telecom OSS & GIS
- Strong experience in Telecom OSS Architecture.
- Deep understanding of: Network Inventory Management; Service Assurance; Fault Management; Performance Management; Service Fulfillment
- Experience with GIS platforms such as: ESRI ArcGIS; GE SpatialNet; Similar Telecom GIS Solutions
- Telecom Network Domain Expertise
- Strong knowledge of: Fiber Networks (FTTx); Transport Networks; IP/MPLS Networks; Wireless Networks (4G/5G); Network Topology Management; Network Inventory Management
- Technology Stack: Java; Spring Boot; Microservices Architecture; SQL; Oracle Database; PostgreSQL; Cloud & DevOps; Cloud-Native Architecture; Kubernetes; OpenShift; CI/CD Practices; DevSecOps Methodologies
