- Generate new business through cold calling, outbound outreach, and structured lead generation.
- Prospect and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Naukri, and market research platforms.
- Manage multiple client accounts and execute account-based sales strategies to drive revenue growth.




- Engage with senior stakeholders and meet them in person or virtual to gather requirements, develop proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure timely execution and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM records, track sales performance, and support quarterly revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders to support strategic hiring and business initiatives.
- Drive account growth by performing detailed account mapping, nurturing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring
- High client retention through consistent engagement and service excellence.
- Train and mentor current team members on business development processes, tools, and day-to-day operational activities.
