* 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management platforms or similar enterprise solutions.
* Solid understanding of field service processes (dispatch, scheduling, work order management, mobile enablement).
* Experience with FSM configuration, customization, and integration.
* Familiarity with related enterprise systems (such as ERP, CRM, or service cloud solutions) is a plus.
