Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced State Collections Manager to lead the HL (Home Loan) & LAP (Loan Against Property) collections portfolio across Telangana. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in collections, NPA management, SARFAESI proceedings, legal recovery, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end collections operations for the HL & LAP portfolio across Telangana.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve recovery performance.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure timely identification, classification, and resolution of NPAs.
- Handle legal recovery activities, including SARFAESI proceedings and coordination with legal teams.
- Lead, mentor, and manage state-level collections teams to achieve recovery targets.
- Track collection MIS, productivity, and portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal collection policies.
- Coordinate with business, legal, and operations teams for effective recovery management.
