Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer (Claude-Agentic Solutions) to design, build, and deploy intelligent agent-based systems. This role involves creating AI agents, architecting agentic workflows, and integrating them with enterprise GTM (Go-To-Market) platforms using APIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLM-based systems, agent frameworks, API integrations, and experience connecting AI solutions with platforms such as Salesforce and other CRM ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Claude or similar LLM-based platforms
- Architect and implement agentic workflows and multi-agent systems for complex business use cases
- Build and maintain agent orchestration frameworks to enable seamless communication across agents
- Integrate AI agents with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) via APIs
- Develop robust API integrations to connect internal and external systems
- Link and coordinate agents across platforms with or without Salesforce Knowledge
- Optimize agent performance, scalability, and reliability




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to design solutions
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and enterprise standards
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in agentic AI, LLMs, and automation frameworks

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related fields
- Solid experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, or similar) and agent-based architectures
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic workflows
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Familiarity with GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Experience integrating solutions with or without Salesforce Knowledge
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS ecosystems and GTM workflows
