Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise architecture vision for ERP, ensuring alignment with business strategy and program objectives.
- Architect end-to-end blueprints across ERP and corporate systems, ensuring seamless and scalable integration of legacy and cloud-based services.
- Drive the adoption of modern technologies and architectural best practices, including AI, machine learning, and next-generation enterprise applications.
- Establish and enforce architecture governance and design standards, applying frameworks such as TOGAF and APQC’s PCF.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into architectural designs, leading workshops and reviews.
- Develop ERP architecture roadmaps, identifying capability gaps and defining transition plans for phased execution.
- Communicate architecture vision and roadmaps to senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for technology decisions.
- Lead cross-domain and cross-functional design efforts, ensuring robust solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent fields. Master’s degree preferred.
- Over twelve years of experience in enterprise architecture, with significant expertise in ERP domains and transformation programs.
- Proven expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics with strong integration skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of TOGAF, APQC PCF, ITIL, and telecom frameworks as applicable.
- Advanced technical skills in application, data, and integration architectures; APIs, middleware, and cloud-native design.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of guiding cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
- TOGAF 9 or 10 certification or equivalent, with additional ERP certifications such as SAP or Oracle being advantageous.
