Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java + AI Developer to design and build scalable backend systems and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud technologies, and Generative AI frameworks, along with the ability to develop secure, high-performance, and intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable backend APIs and microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST/gRPC
Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, RBAC/ABAC
Integrate with SQL (MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases and work with Vector DBs for AI/semantic search
Develop and support frontend applications using React and/or Angular
Build event-driven architectures using Kafka and real-time processing using Apache Flink
Develop AI-driven features using Python (FastAPI) and frameworks like LangChain / LangGraph
Implement LLM-based solutions including RAG, prompt engineering, and agent workflows
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes / OpenShift (OCP)
Define and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Use Helm for Kubernetes deployments and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning (Azure)
Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and AppDynamics
Ensure application security through threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure coding practices
Define SLIs/SLOs, perform performance tuning,



and optimize system performance
Work in Agile/Scrum environment using Jira
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Java (6+ years) with Spring Boot and microservices
Expertise in Spring Security, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, mTLS
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and MongoDB
Exposure to Vector Databases and AI-based search concepts
Experience with Kafka and familiarity with Flink
Strong experience with React or Angular and TypeScript
Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and Terraform
Robust knowledge of Azure cloud services
Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs)
Strong understanding of observability (Prometheus, Grafana, APM tools)
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Chainlit or AI demo frameworks
Knowledge of APM tools like AppDynamics
Experience with security tools, Vault, Key Vault
Exposure to performance testing and system optimization
Experience in mentoring and technical leadership
