Role Requirement: We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional (710 years) with strong exposure to global service delivery, team management, and client/stakeholder engagement.





The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, hands-on experience with HRIS and case management platforms, and a strong delivery and ownership mindset.

This role requires the ability to manage operations end-to-end, lead teams, and contribute to process transformation, reporting, dashboards, and technology-enabled improvements in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations across global regions, covering Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes such as Recruitment Administration, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Data, Time & Attendance, Compensation, and Case Management.
- Lead and coach distributed teams, ensuring delivery against SLAs, quality standards, and process controls.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Drive operational excellence through standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize HRIS and case management platforms to manage transactions and streamline workflows.
- Support transformation initiatives including reporting, dashboards, automation, and digital enablement (AI/workflows).
- Manage transitions and stabilization phases to ensure seamless onboarding of processes.
- Track performance metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions proactively.
- Maintain process documentation, support audits, and ensure compliance with policies and data governance standards.
- Contribute to client deliverables such as RFP responses, solution decks, and transition documentation.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

- Proven experience in global HR Operations (710 years/3-5 years based on qualification), including at least 3 years in people or program management roles.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Microsoft solutions).
- Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks including SLA/KPI management, governance, transitions, and continuous improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft 365 tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation; Power BI exposure preferred.
- Experience in reporting, dashboards, and MIS to support data-driven decision-making.
- Exposure to automation and digital tools (e.g., AI-enabled tools, workflows, PowerApps preferred).
- Experience in solutioning, RFP responses, and client-facing deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with exposure to global clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing teams, clients, and operations independently.
- High client centricity and ability to handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field with 710 years of experience or MBA in HR / Business with 35 years of relevant experience.
- 35 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Managed Services environments with global exposure.
- Experience supporting US and/or EU clients with understanding of regional HR processes and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and case management tools, along with strong Microsoft 365 capabilities for reporting and deliverables
