- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex application and cloud solutions, including system analysis, logical design, development, and implementation for enterprise platforms
- Drive solution design decisions aligned to established architecture patterns, resiliency requirements, and platform standards; proactively identify trade-offs and risks
- Build and enhance cloud-native capabilities on AWS to support scalability, reliability, and performance for critical workloads
- Translate business intent and technical requirements into well-structured, testable, and maintainable implementations; ensure high-quality engineering outcomes
- Champion automation across the SDLC, including CI/CD enablement, automated validation,



and repeatable deployment practices to improve delivery speed and quality
- Own release readiness and promote changes through development, test, and production environments; execute change management processes and required documentation
- Provide senior-level production support, including complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable corrective/preventive actions
- Establish and evolve team-level technical standards (coding, testing, deployment, observability) and contribute to reusable patterns that scale across deliveries
