Job Title: ServiceNow Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design business processes, and deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Design ServiceNow solutions using standard platform capabilities with minimal customization.
- Configure and support ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Service Catalog
- CMDB
- ITOM
- HRSD
- CSM (preferred)

- Collaborate with developers, solution architects,



and project managers during implementation.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flows, and test cases.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production deployment.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support.
- Recommend process improvements based on ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
- Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow functional consulting.
- Experience in ITIL-based process design and implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to coordinate between business users and technical teams.
