Role & responsibilities

We are urgently hiring an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in concrete CC /BT roads and Storm water/ Pipe Drain construction. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site execution, ensuring that highway and internal road projects strictly adhere to respective department specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise concrete paving operations (batching, laying, compaction, and curing).
- Manage site execution, labor allocation, and material reconciliation to minimize waste.
- Conduct routine quality control (QC) checks on concrete strength, slump testing, and joint finishing.
- Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and project managers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) and site order books for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience specifically with CC/RCC road and Drain construction and infrastructure projects.
- Solid technical skills, commercial awareness, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
