Role Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Developer with around 4+ years of hands-on experience in modern web and mobile application development.

Responsibilities

- Build scalable frontend applications using React.js
- Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js
- Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native
- Work on AWS cloud infrastructure and deployments
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS CLI
- Collaborate closely with product managers and leadership teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions




- Take ownership of features from concept to deployment
- Work in a highly agile startup environment with rapid iteration cycles

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of Full Stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js
- Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile app development
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud services
- Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Good understanding of DevOps concepts and cloud-native deployments
- Experience working with NoSQL/document databases (DynamoDB preferred)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior startup experience is highly preferred
- Experience building SaaS platforms
- Healthcare or HealthTech experience is a plus
- Experience with serverless architectures is a plus
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools

Experience working in agile product teams
