Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with a strong foundation in end-to-end backend application development. This is not just an API or integration role we are seeking someone who has built and owned backend systems, understands business logic deeply, and can deliver scalable services used in real-world applications.

What You Will Do:

Design, develop, and maintain production-grade backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Java and Spring Boot

Build and enhance microservices-based systems with explicit service boundaries

Own the full development lifecycle — from requirements and data modeling to deployment and production support

Write effective and complex SQL queries, design schemas, and optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

Collaborate with frontend and product teams to define API contracts and deliver business features

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, memory leaks, and production incidents

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and observability (logging, metrics, alerting)

What We Are Looking For:

8+ years of experience in Java backend development (Java 11+)

Strong expertise in:



Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security

Building scalable microservices and REST APIs

Solid experience in: SQL, schema design, query optimization, and indexing strategies

Message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar

Experience building complete backend systems with business logic and data ownership

Working knowledge of: Docker, Kubernetes

Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Redis or other caching solutions

Good To Have

Experience with event-driven architecture and CQRS patterns

Exposure to GraphQL or gRPC

Contributions to system design decisions

Prior experience in product-based or SaaS environments

Exposure to developing or working with AI/ML applications and platforms

Familiarity with AI-driven technologies, including integrating or operationalizing intelligent systems

Experience working with PDF related functionalities

Experience in platform engineering is a plus
