The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HCC Coding, ICD-10-CM guidelines, Risk Adjustment Coding, and be committed to delivering high-quality coding while meeting productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review patient medical records and assign accurate HCC codes.
- Ensure coding accuracy as per ICD-10-CM and CMS guidelines.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets.
- Identify documentation gaps and work with QA teams.
- Follow coding compliance and company standards.
