Job Overview

We are looking for an analytical, strategic, and data-driven Senior Specialist Marketing Intelligence & Research to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. In this role, you will act as the core market intelligence engine driving business growth within the

German Staffing and Recruitment Industry (Personaldienstleistung). You will transform raw market data into actionable insights, predictive models, and client dossiers, empowering our Germany-based sales teams to target and acquire high-value corporate accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Market Forecasting & Industry Research

- Market Growth Forecasting: Build, maintain, and update predictive models to forecast growth trends in the German staffing and temporary labor market using economic indicators and macroeconomic data.
- Market Share & White Space Analysis: Model and calculate current and potential market share across German regions and verticals (e.g., engineering, healthcare, commercial staffing); identify untapped, high-growth segments.
- Macro & Regulatory Tracking: Monitor regulatory updates (e.g., Arbeitnehmerberlassungsgesetz - AG), labor laws, and economic shifts impacting the DACH region.
- Competitor Intelligence: Perform regular competitor benchmarking on pricing, service offerings, and market positioning using resources like the annual Lnendonk-Liste rankings.
- Internal Tools & Data Maintenance: Develop and maintain internal tools by processing, cleaning, and harmonizing diverse internal and official data streams.

2. Client Intelligence & Account Profiling

- Deep-Dive Dossiers: Build detailed account profiles for high-potential target companies in Germany, highlighting staffing needs, org structures, financial health, and pain points.
- Buying Center Mapping: Identify and map key corporate decision-makers and influencers (C-level, HR Directors, Procurement Leads).
- Pre-Sales Enablement:



Produce tailored briefing documents ("cheat sheets") for sales reps prior to client pitches to improve pitch relevance and conversion rates.

3. Data Hygiene & Reporting

- Pipeline Optimization: Identify and validate high-quality prospective leads to maintain clean, accurate firmographic and contact data in the CRM system.
- Executive Delivery: Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative research into concise, scannable summaries, dashboards, and executive reports for global leadership.
- Candidate Profile

Experience & Domain Knowledge

- Work Experience: 6 to 9 years of dedicated experience in B2B Market Research, Corporate Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, or Strategy/Knowledge Management.
- Industry Domain: Proven experience or robust familiarity with Staffing, Recruitment, Temporary Labor, or Corporate Professional Services.

Technical & Data Skills

- Data Processing: Hands-on experience processing, cleaning, and harmonizing complex, multi-format datasets.
- GIS & Geodata: Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for geodata visualization and processing.
- AI & Automation: Ability to use AI prompt engineering to build web analysis tools, including automated location crawlers for website data extraction.
- Analytics & Visualization Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization platforms like Looker or DataStudio.
- Forecasting: Hands-on experience building trend-forecasting and market-share models.

Soft Skills & Communication

- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
- Executive Writing: Strong ability to synthesize detailed, complex research into structured 1-page summaries.
- Analytical Thinking: Capability to connect disparate data sources to discover market opportunities.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: High cultural awareness and comfort working daily with remote, onshore sales teams based in Germany
