- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business value.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the development lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum) and its application in software development projects.
- Proficiency in AI solutions/AI techniques for enhancing project outcomes.
- Experience working with waterfall-to-Agile transition teams.
