Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Record to Report (RTR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate should have 46 years of hands-on RTR experience, prior experience working with an MNC, and exposure to multiple RTR process streams and transition projects. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, process expertise, and the ability to support operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes.
- Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with company policies.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Support audits by preparing required documentation and responding to audit queries.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.




- Participate in knowledge transfer and transition activities for recent processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Act as an SME by providing guidance, process support, and mentoring to team members.

Eligibility Criteria

- Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent) is mandatory.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Record to Report (RTR).
- Prior experience working with an MNC is mandatory.
- Exposure to multiple RTR process streams is required.
- Experience in transition or knowledge transfer projects is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners only.
